Dr. Christof Nesemeier Chairman of the Managing Board; Chief Executive Officer Dr. Christof Nesemeier was born in 1965. As the chairman of the managing board of MBB Industries AG, he is responsible for the strategic orientation of the company. Within the board, he is also responsible for holdings management, corporate finance and investor relations. Dr. Christof Nesemeier studied economics at the University of Münster and obtained his doctorate from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Until 1996, he was a member of the management team at an international management consultancy. Dr. Christof Nesemeier is chairman of the board of directors at Delignit AG, chairman of the board of directors at bmp Beteiligungsmanagement AG and deputy chairman of the board of directors at InVision Software AG.
Gert-Maria Freimuth Member of the Managing Board; Chief Investment Officer Gert-Maria Freimuth was born in 1965 and is member of the managing board at MBB Industries AG. He is head of mergers & acquisitions and thereby responsible for the acquisition of new holdings. He is also responsible for legal matters and group corporate identity. Gert-Maria Freimuth studied economics and Christian social ethics at the University of Münster. Until 1994, he worked in the corporate finance department of the Price Waterhouse auditing and consultancy company. Between 1994 and 1996, he was a member of the management at BDO Structured Finance GmbH. Gert-Maria Freimuth is deputy chairman of the board of directors at Delignit AG, chairman of the board of directors at DTS IT AG and member of the board of director at United Labels AG.


Anton Breitkopf Executive Vice President Anton Breitkopf was born in 1962 and is responsible for corporate finance. He studied business administration at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences and was employed in the finance and controlling department of Daimler-Benz until 1998. He was been working for MBB Industries AG since 1998 and is a member of the board of directors at Delignit AG.
Klaus Seidel Executive Vice President Klaus Seidel was born in 1970. His functions include holdings management and he is also responsible for Processes and IT. He studied business administration within the European Business Programme at Münster and Portsmouth. He was employed in the fields of IT consulting and development partner marketing at Microsoft Germany until 1999, and following this he began working for the MBB Industries group.
Dr. Ralf Meinert Corporate Finance Manager Dr. Ralf Meinert studied economics at the Free University of Berlin, after which he worked as an academic assistant at the Viadrina European University, where he also wrote his doctorate. He worked for the International Reporting Group of the auditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers AG until early 2009
Pia Kramer Office Manager Pia Kramer is strengthening the MBB-team since early 2011. After successfully completing her training as a layer and notary clerk, she has gathered several years of experience in different law firms as well as in firms of the event and marketing area.
